Roasted black sea bass with tomato and olive salad
This is a fantastic recipe. We substituted black cod for the sea bass (since the bass is endangered) and ended up having to bake it for quite a bit longer than the recipe called for, but it turned out perfectly. The flavours in the tomato salad are really bold and fresh - perfect with the fish!
